Studio Hire Fees

- Mini-Day Rate (up to 2 hours): $100.00

- Half-Day Rate (up to 4 hours): $150.00

- Full-Day Rate (up to 8 hours): $250.00

Note: Rates may vary based on specific requirements and additional services &/or equipment requested.

Terms of Hire

Booking: Reservations are required a minimum of 7 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

 

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date will incur a fee of 50%. Remaining 50% is offered as credit for services/studio hire and is to be used within 60 days, or is otherwise forfeited.

- Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will incur a fee of 100%, with no credit available.

Use of Facilities:

- The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.

- The studio is to be cleaned by the Hirer, including sweeping of floors, and sanitization of any equipment used that belongs to Magick + Soul | Healing Studio (Eg. Yoga Mats sprayed, wiped, and put away).

- Any damages caused during the hire period are the responsibility of the Hirer and must be compensated accordingly within 7 days.

Additional Services:

- Additional services such as special equipment included &/or setup can be arranged upon request. Additional charges may apply.

- Event marketing, website feature and social media sharing can be arranged upon request. Additional charges may apply.

- Ticket sales, event promotion/marketing, and appointment bookings are the responsibility of the Hirer.

 

Insurance:

- The Hirer is required to provide proof of liability insurance.​

 

Inclusivity:

- Magick + Soul | Healing Studio is available to be hired only by those who are inclusive of Gender-Diversity, Neurodiversity, and the LGBTQIA+ Community, and who practice safe and trauma informed language.
